Why I experience left side chest pain, though my ecg, echo are normal, but TMT mild positive. What could be the next step?

My Son 48 days old diagnosed with Pneumonia and during the treatment during advised for ECO and told that there is a HOLE of 4mm in my baby's heart/VDL. From last couple of days we're seeing the symptoms baby cry so much, sweat, Milk got choked while drinking. Please advise is it treatable, what we've to do? Is a Matter of concern.?

My father is 64 years old...He is a patient of hypertension and diabetes...From last 10 days he is having high blood pressure of 210/90...When he take medicine the blood pressure reduces to 180/90...Even after taking medicine blood pressure is constantly above 170...Sometimes he feels dizzy also...He is taking Myotan CN 40/10 and Moxidip 0.3 which was prescribed to him by a doctor...His P.P. sugar level is 168...Sometimes he suffers from Urticaria also...Is there anything to worry about? Please help

I have heart rate issues most of it is uncomfortable and uncontrollable now, however was started by anxiety a few years ago. However if there's something that's genuinely hard to manage is severe anxiety. It's so severe it ruins my life everyday and its really really bad. I was prescribed Trimetazidine(new) with bisoprolol (taking for almost a year now due to propranolol fail and it helped alot for a while) by my doctor after trying so many different meds from different doctors. My usual symptoms are. Palpitations, extremely severe anxiety, Vertigo like symptoms, Lips tingling, whooshing in ears after streanous exercise, breathing issues with stairs specifically (this is episodic it doesn't happen every time but it does happen often). I do have b12 deficiency which is also the med i take everyday. Is this a normal thing? Can this med be harmful after a 1 month course? What side effect symptoms should i keep an eye on?

Imbalance of body During walking and standing And pressure in neck and ear .pain in chest and always Feeling heavy in chest

I am having chest Pain left side and shoulder blades since last night on and off I underwent Trop I today 2 times. One in the morning 11 am the reading is around 1.51 and evening 5 pm it rose to 2.5. Though both normal but why is it increasing ? Is a myocardial injury or normal variation?

All my reports cholesterol, 2d echo and ecg all are normal however there are at times I get chest pain poking one followed by farts and a feeling like burping but can't burp and feel like puking but no luck on that either I take medications as below Cortel M25 and Rozucur F5 and cardio care by kapiva

After the angioplasty, pain is occurring in my father left hand through angioplasty was done . Episode of pain usually happens when he walks or do activity. He shown the dr and talked about it but he is saying it is just general pain , nothing to worry about it. But the pain is still persistent and it happens only in the movement. There is no other associated symptoms like difficulty in breathing . Should v go for second opinion for better understanding.

My father has suffered from diabetes for 19 years ...from 3 years he has suffered from (Thyroid) Blood pressure: which is 180/82 on the previous day blood comes from his mouth and nose a little bit He has been under medication for many years. My concern about his health which is rapidly changing and blood pressure cannot be controlled. The doctor prescribed him 3 blood pressure medicine... After taking them it.. blood pressure does not come down... The range of blood pressure is always inbetween 170-180 bp... Sugar is pp 341, and fasting is 131 in October 2023..
