The patient had a major heart attack and there are no blockages seen in the arteries. The patient is doing fine however has lost taste, finds food spicy and bitter. Is there anything serious about this?

Hello doctor my mother has a BP problem and her cholesterol rises up without medicine, there is definitely a lack of walk and water but now when she has re-started her walk she feels dizzy after a certain amount of walk.
