Chest pain 2monh before current no symptoms only one day pain come ecg reports normal echo test attached pls tell me what to do

My cholesterol 210and triglycerides 225 , I was taking atorlip f from last one month, but this tablet giving me side effects life feet and upper foot pain and knee joints pain , I am a patient of spondylopathy so this tablet escalate my joints pain , what other medicines can I take to control the same

Chest pain 2 month before for only one time ecg and echo test done blood test also vitamin d level is slightly low triglycerides is 180

My Bp is always ranging between 130-140/90-100 especially at nights, though I am following proper lifestyle. My doctor said my lipid and renel profiles are good , I should shed few kgs and he asked me take a bp tablet. I am worried that I will have to continue this tablet for life long. Can I stop my bp tablet if I reduced my weight and the bp is reduced ?

Left chest pain resting not comes pain in walking Im daily walked 3  km but pain not coming...in one years so many heart test done like ecg, echo, tmt, ct angiogram , lipid all are normal ,who this pain coming. is this really heart pain this pain coming after eating did i want to take any other test for heart or any another test please help me doctor who this pain coming did i want to worry about heart

Hi Doctors, Last week my father(67 yrs)  had a pace maker implant. For heart arteries blocks, doctor said 5 stents to be placed My question: Upto how many stents can a 67 years old person can have ? Who had pace maker last week.

I am attaching ecg report having pain in both arms radiating to chest and feeling like tiredness and some time radiating to neck, chest pain disappear from few days only in left arm and some time right arm. Please suggest some medicine if you can. Problem since last 20+ days, started next day after sleeping on bench.

Hello Dr I did my lipid test in last November 2023 where all parameters are high only HDL is ok All test are also normal ECG eco and tmt also Ldl is more then 150 mg/dl Then Dr say take rosuvastatin 5 I take for a month after I quit that medicine After that I focus on exercise and diet, Jogging for 30 plus minutes daily Today I go for lipid test,Not much difference plz suggest me what to do go for exercise or go for medicine I am attaching todays file

Hi Doctor I am having chest pain these days. I went to the ER for 4 times and they keep sending me home because my ECG, blood test and echo were all normal. It's a non-cardiac chest pain. They suggested that I maybe having acid reflux, I already took pantopeazole 2x a day but it keeps on coming back. What should I do? Thanks
