I am having a mild discomfort in my chest for the last 20 days which lasts for a few seconds and goes away while walking I have consulted a doctor and she has advised me to take Sompraz D for 15 days and I am taking the same. I have previous history of Cervical Spondylitis and GERD and also took vitamin D tablet Zakson CD3 for 6 months in year 2022 end and also took Baga NT for a month for nerve issues in July 2022. Shall I start taking Zakson CD3 again as it's almost one year since I left taking vitamin D tablets. My BP and ECG came out normal.

Hello doctor, I'm getting chest pain on left side it's almost from 2 years which is mild and comes and goes along with that I get neck pain (lower head) which goes to left arm , shoulder till fingers. Sometimes I feel nauseated and shortness of breath. I did full body checkup along with ECG , TMT , it all came out normal but I have thyroid issue. Since 2 days I'm feeling tightness in the chest when I stretch the body, and I feel pain when I press specific area in chest. I would like to know what exactly the issue I'm facing.

There is pain in leg ,generalized pain, no change on walking, after 6 months of pci of father,why is it?

My father is 56 year old. He is feeling pain in left side of back near shoulder since morning. Also his BP is 150/100. After taking gas medicine and pain killer he is feeling relaxed and hi ECG came out to be normal. Is it related to heart problem ??? Please suggest.

Hello doctor I saw a lot of video on YouTube of doctors suggesting not to eat cooking oil as they r not provided by nature, on other hand few doctor say cooking oil is must for healthy body. I am very confused for my self my parents whether I should cook in oil or no oil cooking method should be used. Plz guide and if one should eat cooking oil than how much in a day does our body need?
