Triglycerides reflect the fat and alcohol consumed in your diet. Abstain from alcohol, fried items in your diet Get yourself checked for sedentary lifestyle and diabetes Do regular aerobic exercise

Is it fasting triglycerides level? If yes whether the test was repeated after 1 month. If yes u can add omega 3 fatty acid in diet. Ll suggest some after u confirm above
