Chest/Heart pain
My weight: 60 kg
Height: 5.6 ft
Age: 33
I have this issue but not frequently, once a month may be. My heart/chest pains when I breath and thereafter I would require to sit still and hold my breadth and only then it does not pain.
Any idea if I need to be concerned about? Or it could be a muscle issue?
Relatives saying that I need to do angiography...

Hi.
Your symptoms looks like not related to cardiac issue as such.
You should definitely go for basic investigation first like ECG and ECHO.
Angiogram is the last stand before you can do TMT
