How can one differentiate between shoulder pain, muscle-related pain, and heart-related pain? I am experiencing left-side pain from my neck downwards to shoulder.

Hi sir.. dealing with fast heart beat problem, especially after eating any food rate jumps to 110/120.. though normal range but feel abnormal- palpitations, pounding feeling in chest... Ecg's done always show sinus tachy... tried medicines like metaprol, etizolam, pantosec, ulgel but no improvement... heart rate remains elevated for at least an hour.... i want to know whats causing this?? My gp has ruled out every common cause- thyroid, lft, kft, anaemia, no stimulant usage, no anxiety He now thinks that it can be gastric cardio syndrome. Plz suggest what do tou think??

Underwent bypass surgery in 2021, the ecg finding always shows t wave abnormality, he is diabetic under medication. Also under medication post surgery for the heart. Rosuva gold, prolomet xl. Ecg reading has come as sinus rhythm, poor r wave progression, anterolateral st-t wave abnormality. Abnormal ecg. Can doctors please interpret this?

Hey docs, i have been prescribed the medicine for after breakfast. But due to different timings of breakfast i take medicine at different times. So can i change the timings at night after dinner?

Sir I am 34 years Male. I am a banker. I have high BP. I am having telpres 40 everyday since last one year. Today i checked BP in a dignostic centre and it is found to be 170 even after having medicine. So how to check if my heart is affected by high bp and which dept to consult for the high BP problem. Because even after taking medicine bp level not not decreasing. I want to consult a cardiologost for my health issue. Please guide if I am wrong.

My father was having chest pain for 3-4 days . He checked blood pressure it was 150/100 (earlier he was not having bp) then he consulted a doctor next day he had 145/95 bp doctor have done some tests ecg and tropnin ecg showed extreme trachardiya and slight ST T abnormality in V3 V4 V5 V6 tropnin was normal Please tell ecg is normal or not , he is worried about ecg and now he has bp some times  135/90 , 140/95 like this he is going with bp medicines Now tell what to do he should go with endoscopy or medicines should go on
