How much time it will take for an artery to get block from zero to significant percentage of blockage, please clarify me this, because am having chest pain regularly from 21 months with all reports normal with zero calcium and clean arteries so please tell me what is my problem and how much time it will take for an artery to get block from zero to significant percentage of blockage??

Hi, When I move left to scratch my chest then I feel sweet pain in my chest mid centre. This happened from one week. Is it any serious issue??? And please suggest how I can diagnose.

I am suffering from high anxiety . Regular panic attacks without any reason . Heart rate goes up to 150 . Bp 130/90- 130/105 . I am feeling twitching in my left arm sometimes which comes and goes and I'm worried whether it is heart related or what. I am very worried. Last night I thought i am fainting in sleep and had to struggle to wake up. I am always having these heart related thoughts in mind. Underwent ecg, echo tmt as well. Ejection fraction is 60 and tmt is normal. Please help
