I did my ecg using Apple Watch yesterday after having food and this came out to be atrial fibrillation is this true? I did my echo and ecg last year which was normal

Iam leading sedentary lifestyle for the past few years. I want to become completely active. For that what should I do . Do you think because of this lifestyle I having heart problem. I want to become fully active what should I do

I am 36 years old married woman. Since 2 days my blood pressure was coming 158 by 98 as home monitored. My bp remains normal mostly but I have anxiety issue. I am pre diabetic. As a precaution i did my ECG (attached). Pls suggest.

My father aged 62 years has LBBB identified in his ECG.He otherwise no other symptom or trouble caused due to LBBB. He is on a medication for Hypertension,diabetes,High cholesterol and Thyroid. Can he travel by air where the flight journey is domestic and journey time is 2 hrs? Will it be safe for him to travel by air?

Yesterday I had 3 glass beer and slept at 3AM in morning and woke up at 8 AM. While working in afternoon I was feeling sleepy so had a cup coffee and since then my heart rate is varying continuously. Sometimes it goes 107-108 then I get burn and it lowers to 99-98. If I walk it increases to 154 and then instantly to 109-108. Can someone help me with what is happening, I am outside India and have Metolar XR25 with me. Shall I consume it? Just to add : I tried sleeping since eyes are getting heavy but unable to sleep and I could feel and hear my own heartbeat. While trying to sleep bpm was 97-101. I am using Apple Watch to measure heart Rate.

Is 3D vasculography acuurate?, why this test is not widely used for detecting heart related issues ?

My father had underwent bypass surgery in 2021 and he is doing well now but yes he is smoking cigarettes and also like within one or two months catching cold and cough which isn't going away too easily.Like he gets rid of cold easily but he coughs for like a longer period and it is not curing that good.I already had a regular follow up with my doctor for Cardiologist and as usual he has recommended medicines and exercises.But cough and cold is disturbing him a lot and its not going away that easily...!!
