Numbness in both hands at night time

Hi Sir/madam my name is Anand my age 33yers age month back i got HTN currently iam taking Telma CT 80mg now my bp was normal I don't have any other problems but my concern is sometimes in mid night my both hands are getting numbness..what is reason ? Please tel me sir..TQ
