Hello doctor. My neck pulse is clearly visible, I've been observing this since 2020, by pulse I mean on both side of the neck as well as the center neck near the colar bone near carotid artery. I'm 62kgs, I'm a skinny fat person. I have anxiety so during anxiety I can Clearly see and feel strong pulse. Even without anxiety if I'm calm and resting, i can clearly see it in the mirror. Please confirm if this is normal or is it a topic of concern? It has been bothering me daily. Is it normal? Or any heart problem?

Hi, I am a regular gymmer, I have no health issues as till now. For general checkup I had my ECG done, am attaching my report, please guide me if my heart is normal or not...

I am suffering from GAD. From the past one month I am having ocassional breathlessness and little upper chest heaviness which comes and goes. What could be the cause. My O2 level during breathlessness is 97-98% and heart rate in 60s. Further I have done 5-6 ECG's, 24 hours Holter test, 2d Echo, CXR, Troponin T, all types of blood tests, lipid profile and all came normal. I am attaching my 2d Echo and recently done ECG report. What to do further. Do i need any else testing regarding heart. Please suggest something good for me.

Hi Doctors, Even after taking medication Clindipine 10mg my blood pressure is still not coming to a normal range. Also feeling something in the head and nose in the past I had a Sinus surgery as well. What could be the reason. I have lost my weight upto 7 kgs and trying to reduce more. Please advise.

If ecg has no validity then why doctor suggest to take ecg after interval of every month if ecg is normal

I've been seeing this vein in neck since 2-3 days I never noticed it before I got ecg done that was normal there is no other issue just blocked nose and sometimes chest pain on left side on deep breathing what can it be? I'm attaching the picture

Sir, normally I don't feel anything but whenever I goes to clinic or hospital I feel my heartbeat and Its very fast and bp goes to 140/90 but after that it's goes to 120 but only one time I check I goes to 120 many time I go to home nothing the recheck..so sir what I do ..
