I am 34 and since 2 years I am facing headache issue and seen many dr and they used to give migrain tablets. But recently 7 month back I did my full body check up in tat my blood reports was normal. In echo scan it was mild concertric lvh and distolic dysfunction. Nd dr said I have jp and started bp tablet . And taking telma h 40 mg. Some times I will be ok without any headache dizzy like 3days if I am ok other 1week I will struggle with headache feelin dizzying pl let me no is it becoz of heart issue and bp I am getting headache . I don't no wat to
do . Wen I check bp it's 130/80
