I have a left side chest pain and sometime back pain just behind chest and sometime pain near spine for almost 2 year sometime pain in left hand and shoulder and disappear,tendernees in the whole back feel stretch ai done xray-all blood test -ecg -echo-and am attaching my latest ecg and echo report please tell me sir /madam ecg normal or not at the time of ecg iam very anxious thats why my HR goes higher,and at home HR comes normal please tell me sir going to attach my ECG and echo

I am suffering from cardiophobia from 6 month and now too , first time when I get chest pain I went to hospital and do all my tests like ECG ,eco,tmt and all are normal and my mind believe that I am fine ,but after 10 to 12 days when I got chest pain again I fell panic and again visit hospital and again do all test but. All the time tests are normal. Till now from 6 months I do more than 20 ECG, 3 eco and 5 tmt tests just because my mind don't get relax even I know it's a probably muscular pain . I just tmt or eco every 20 days just to tell my mind that " I just do tmr,eco and they are normal so I don't need to worry for some time" Now i understand that because of some wrong information from YouTube and Google I fall in this cardiophobia I just have to ask 6 to 7 questions related to heart and if I get it's positive answers,i can break my negative neuronal patterns and can completely cure from this worst anxiety 😔 Plz plz give my some questions positive answers 🙏🙏

Is High lp(a) of 61 is risky and triglyceride 181, low b12 50, how can I treat it and it's happening from last 2-3 years my cholesterol or triglycerides are not in range. I eat very little outside food or fried food, eat salad brown rice but it's not getting better

Which is the best test to check a person heart ecg echo or something else and which is the best test to prevent future heart attack

This is my previous lipid profile done on 8th september 2023.. i just want to know how often should I repeat lipid profile? I have moderate risk factors like obesity, high bp ( taking medicine for that)... are the numbers fine?

Hello sir/mam I'm suffering from, palpitations from last 1 year. Not only in heart also in whole body and the main thing is that my all reports are normal,ct-chest, CBC,. thyroid. Also normal appetite. And the I am noticing that very gradually I'm lossing my mass of body. Whenever I do little bit of muscle gain workout or any physical activity.the palpitations speed increase severely.also I proper nutrition daily, protein etc. I don't consume fast food at all..bcoz I'm very conscious about my health.. But why I'm facing this problem?? Please help me..

How safe is it to take anesthesia if you have IRBBB. 2D echo and stress test is normal.I am a very active individual doing regular exercise and weight is very much in control.
