I checked my blood pressure via Digital meter In morning it shows 123/71 Noon 125/68 And at night it is 126/73 Is it in normal range?

Hello doc, in the early morning when I checked BP it was 148/90 with a full bladder but after sometime it went down like up to 119/70 within an hour. I am taking a telma H alternate day, I am attaching lft reports ALP is 136 is BP due to the elevated levels of LFt. Kindly suggest how to check my BP for accurate readings.

My wife (age 38) feeling light pain in middle of the chest since today afternoon. She is diabetic. What treatment or medicine is required.

Doctor I am experiencing irregular heartbeat with dizziness and sometimes breathlessness. I had done my ecg tropinin i and stress echo which were all normal 2 months back.i also did my ecg in October which was normal but I wasn't feeling irregular heartbeat at that time.. When I sleep I sleep peacefully and my parents say they didn't notice anything abnormal while I am sleeping . So is it all psychological or something else

Had RBB in ECG recently and then normal ECHO and negative TMT. D Dimer test was also normal . Is it something i need to worry about . Blood reports are also normal 4 years back had a normal ECG and this development has come as a suprise

Hi doctors, am getting pain in the left side of the body and near heart and back side. ladt 2 months back i wrnt to endoscopy i have used triple therapy for 14 days. and esogress d for 2 months. now slightly am getting pain near left side heart pain and getting suddenly dull ache in the chest . i dnt know whether it is a gastric pain or heart pain. pls give me clarity about this. am a feeding mother.

Dear Sir/madam yesterday I felt something for few secs,i cannot describe what had happened for few secs but I felt like unusual feeling or like half unconscious for few secs and the same thing it happened just half an hour ago so I am so worried,Is that a sign of mini stroke or heart attack,My Bp is normal and pulse rate normal,i m so worried dear doctor's as it happened twice, kindly tell me sir/madam Thank you

Hello sir kindly help I am very nervous kind of person 1. Left upper back pain when sitting . Pain immediately goes when I lay down. 2. Some time left shoulder pain. And sometime upper arm pain. 3. Very mild pain feeling in left arm finger if I think about it. 4. Normal pain happened in left arm 45 days ago and I went to cardiologist and he done ecg (low t wave v5), echo (normal), tmt (negative). 5. I always think about heart attack if mild pain occurred. Have intrusive thoughts about heart attack Today on 07 dec 2023 I have bad left shoulder and upper back pain and mild pain left upper arm I went for ecg. It shows abnormal q wave (III). Picture attached. And was high bp 6. 7. Left chest upper nipper area near centre pain comes and goes. 8. I don't know what is happening with me I am getting nervous always. Kindly help me.
