Today i noticed that my heart rate had spiked to 160 and 205 for few seconds and immediately after that the reading was 85. I take telma 40 and ciplar 10 lonazep 0.5 and sertaline 50 mg . I do feel palpitations at times . Ecg and echo were normal in june . Can it be a false reading on apple watch . Please suggest . Thankyou

I am taking aspirin 75 mg, 10 mg atorvastatin and 2.5 mg Nebivelol Hydrochloride since 2009 after an angioplasty (1 stent placed). It's been 14 years. My vitals and condition is absolutely normal and my recent TMT ECO are also normal. My question can I take these medicines for lifelong? e.g if I were to live 80 years, these medicines for those many decades will do any harm? Thanks

While going for regular blood test today, my father is diagnosed with high BP 160/95. He has no heart related ailments. He is on Prostagard D 8 for his BPH. I am attaching his ECG report. His LDL Came 120 with total cholesterol 220. Please suggest medication if possible.
