Iam feeling tightness in the muscle area of the left side of the chest while doing exercises like running and jumping. While jumping or running iam feeling this kind of sensation I want to know the reason

Hello sir kindly help I am very nervous kind of person 1. Left upper back pain when sitting . Pain immediately goes when I lay down. 2. Some time left shoulder pain. And sometime upper arm pain. 3. Very mild pain feeling in left arm finger if I think about it. 4. Normal pain happened in left arm 45 days ago and I went to cardiologist and he done ecg, echo (normal), tmt (negative). 5. I always think about heart attack if mild pain occurred. Have intrusive thoughts about heart attack Today on 07 dec 2023 I have bad left shoulder and upper back pain and mild pain left upper arm I went for ecg. It shows animal q wave (III). Picture attached. And was high bp 6. After sometime I went to another ecg centre where report says normal ecg. (Attached in three piece done after above) 7. I don't know what is happening with me I am getting nervous always. Kindly help me.

Last year Iam diagnosed with lahb but a cardiology prof from aims didn't tell me about this he said it's normal. But later on i got to know about it from somewhere . Is it very serious condition? I don't have any symptoms. No chronic disease . Age 25 . Attaching echo n ecg.

Is 110/60 Blood pressure normal? I took Ciplar LA for last 2yr mainly for migraine that time my BP was  around 120/70 . Last Sunday my bp was 100/50 as per Doctor prescription I stopped taking Ciplar LA. I am having ORS and fluid now my BP is 110/60 is it okay?
