Hi Sir, I was on fast and got an angina like pain on chest and left armpit. Since, then my heart was beating fast and constant pressure. On 3rd day at nigh i felt my heart beating too fast and I felt lightheaded so admitted to hospital. Blood pressure found high momentarily but they said due to I was frightening. Ecg found abnormal ( all reports attached). Normal Echo 2D and lipid profile. Cardiac triple normal. Recommend Metxl 25 and heart beating and pressure on chest reduced but still I feel chest pressure from evening till the time I sleep. What is happening to me? Serum sodium 124.9 mmol/L, Serum Potassium 4.36, Serum Chloride 86.7, Renal Urea 25, Creatinine 1.54 mg/dl

If my troonin and ecg is normal should I have angina or not can you please help me with this also my 2D Echo is normal

I have been operated on 2009 open heart surgery after I was normally living but now I working in a night shift and sometime do overtime till 5 am today I am feeling dizziness and sortness in breathing after waking up, tried to sleep again but it feel like if I close my eyes I will never able to wake up. Is this A Fib? Should I be concerned? I used Apple Watch and it showed this, I did my ecg and 2D echo 1 year ago and that was normal

Just did my ECG after having dinner as I thought of having a high heart rate on my Apple Watch and this came out to be A Fib. I did my ecg 1 year ago and 2D echo too which was normal. This made me anxious and my heart rate elevated to 120 bpm

My father is diabetic and as a routine check up we had a ECG no chest pain nothing no sort of heart ailment. The chloestrol level is very good and he is on diabetic(3 medicines) very good control and cholesterol medicine(rosuvas cv 10). In the ECG it's showing abnormal and (sinus rhytm low voltage limb lead complexes and L/V dysfunction and pericardial effusion) Is this something serious? And is the ECG 100% accurate. Please reply I am panicking. I have attached ECG.

I did my ecg last night after dinner with my Apple Watch which came out to be AFib, it was my 1st time getting this, after few minutes I checked again and it came out to be normal. I had no symptoms like dizziness or other symptoms only some pounding sensation

I facing the problem last from 1 year I had chest pain it will be sometimes left side sometimes right side and sometimes middle of the chest along that my left and right arm also little bit pain but i do not have breathing or any other problem I did 2D Echo test then 2 times ECG TEST then troponin blood test all are normal. So what is the problem now please tell me.
