I feel palpitations sometimes when I'm sitting or lying down but last year only I got EEG and ECG done and everything was normal . Anything to worry about?

I am having constant heart rate of 80 -90 bpm since yesterday night and dizziness that is mostly there since Friday night . I woke up Friday night with sweating and dizziness . Is this heart related . I did my stress echo ecg and tropinin in September which came out normal . please tell

I am feeling breathlessness sometimes but my ecg and troponin test is normal. What should I do please help.

I m 27 years old My total cholesterol level is 199 Tryglecrides is 182 HDL 50.61 LDL - 111.81 VLDL - 36 .58 I have been a vegetarian frm last 4 months I have anxiety issue . ECG normal RFT normal Whenever I went for BP checking  always shows 144/90 or sometimes 139/84 ...shall i take any medicine or how can i cure it ?

Is grade 1 diastolic dysfunction serious at the age of 40 years , male ? If it is reversible , what treatment should be taken ?

Dear doctors, Suddenly since past three days, my heart rate at rest is lower like normal resting HR of 61 but it spikes and goes up while walking or with little activity and sometimes even to 150. I don't have any chest pain but upper left under scapula back pain that hurts to touch. This pain comes and goes. I went to do blood test yesterday but had to wait many hours for it. I drank only 800ml of water since morning and walked a bit. Felt dehydrated a bit. The test results were as follows. The troponin values were negative too. The doctor said that the serum was hemolysed so don't pay attention to electrolyte values, my question is can I take ORS nevertheless? ECG was done and was normal.
