Hello Doctor.. I have started walking for past one week. Before that i was having sedentary lifestyle with SW job. My query is while walking (45 mins) my heart beat reaches till150-160. After walk it takes around 10-15 mins to come back to 100-110 heart beat pm. While walking also i feel little discomfort. Please advise on what is normal and how to continue walking. Any answer would help me and my family a lot. Thanks.

Hello doctor, I had a 24 hour holter monitor test last year coz of palpitations which I felt 2-3 times I never showed the report to the cardiologist due to anxiety. I want to know if my in my resort anything to worry about. Please help me understand this. Thank you 🙏🏻

I was prescribed for inderal la 20 mg for ma palpitations it was sometimes 147 BPM even at resting after two months of post delivery but it didnt work out then doctor prescribed inderal 10 mg in the morning and iva Brad 5 mg in the noon I was taking for the past ten days... Now sometimes my BPM is 50 to 60 BPM wen lying down... After post delivery of two months even I got vertigo issue I was prescribed vertin 8 mg for ten days after stopping again I got dizziness dn I was prescribed for diziron dat also for past ten days I was taking.. How to come out from dis medication... I'm so scared if dis gonna continue for long time...

I have cheast pain but I think report are normal Plz cheak it and give me detail about it my reports are normal

My father's ECG report please check it and tell its normal or abnormal after that I'll consult a cardiologist for clarification

My father in law 67 now has suddnely got a heart rate over 200 he was a bit dizzy and having discomoft, after diagnosis immegiately it has been found the valves are over worked and pumping blood all together at the same time hence is there any long term effect or risk in furure? Or it can happen at times it is normal, please respond. What is the diagnosis then surgery?
