HR showed 40 once in my oximeter
Hi Dr,
I take Starpress XL25 daily, while resting yesterday evening- HR once showed 40. Is that an issue or concern? My last echo, ecg few months back was Normal. Please suggest.

Heart rate of 40 is very low and dosage of medication should be adjusted.
We usually don't recognise Starpress XL in young male patients as it has a side effect of reduce libido.
