My reports showing 362 triglycerides and total cholesterol 202 what should I do please suggest some medicine

Hello respected doctors. i am 25 year old Male with chest tightness complaint.... my Ecg Echo TMt and THYROID tests are NoRMAL... my GP suggested to take Inderal 10 Mg... my question is which one is better for Anxiety? Inderal or Metoprolol?  i heard Metoprolol is BETTER than inderal with selective adrenaline blocking properties.... so which one is fast acting to control my stress and anxiety and blood pressure in times of  PANIC ATACKS...my  Normal Resting BPM 84 to 100 ... please suggest INDERAL OR METOPROLOL??? 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Dear doctors Iam having supraventricular ectopics, how many number of supraventricular ectopics normal per day. In future these supraventricular ectopics any chance to develop SVT.

I did all test of heart like ecg, eco tmt and all are normal. Doctor said you have no any heart issue. Only you have anxiety. But why i fell that my heart becomes weaken every day. Because i have sometime breath issue, dizzy Fell. Some time chest pain on left side. What is wrong with me.

Hello sir/ mam, From last 1 year gradually my weight is decreasing / body mass index decreasing,(~3kg has decreased) Also I am suffering from irregular palpitations not only in heart also in brain and neck. & sometimes feel diziness, never feel stable, feel like lightedness . I take proper nutrition daily, also my haemoglobin is 11.4 , I have done CT chest., it is absolutely normal, Thyroid report is absolutely normal, also I checked sputum., it is also normal.., CBC report is completely normal. My Appetite is normal. But why this happening I'm totally confused., what should I do., please guide me regarding... (It is affecting my study)

I have gone through ecg, echo and stress tests 3 years back and everything normal, doctor told due to anxiety I am having palpitations and chest pain. Now also I am facing palpitations and chest pain, shall I repeat tests??
