Doubt regarding CT angiogram
Hello sir. Is it important to keep your heart rate below 80 during CT coronaey angio.. i am obese person n my resting heart rate is usually between 80 to 90.. when I will go to hospital for test, it is impossible that my heart rate will be below 90.. even if they give me beta-blocker, the overall stress and the contrast will shoot the heart rate.. so if it happens, then will the lab do my test? I also have anxiety and the thought that I have to keep my heart low will actually have the reverse effect. So please tell me if CT angiogram can be done in fast heart rate with some latest machine. And can I take ciplar 40 before the test
