I did my ecg using Apple Watch yesterday after having food and this came out to be atrial fibrillation is this true? I did my echo and ecg last year which was normal

Iam leading sedentary lifestyle for the past few years. I want to become completely active. For that what should I do . Do you think because of this lifestyle I having heart problem. I want to become fully active what should I do

I am 36 years old married woman. Since 2 days my blood pressure was coming 158 by 98 as home monitored. My bp remains normal mostly but I have anxiety issue. I am pre diabetic. As a precaution i did my ECG (attached). Pls suggest.

My father aged 62 years has LBBB identified in his ECG.He otherwise no other symptom or trouble caused due to LBBB. He is on a medication for Hypertension,diabetes,High cholesterol and Thyroid. Can he travel by air where the flight journey is domestic and journey time is 2 hrs? Will it be safe for him to travel by air?

My father had underwent bypass surgery in 2021 and he is doing well now but yes he is smoking cigarettes and also like within one or two months catching cold and cough which isn't going away too easily.Like he gets rid of cold easily but he coughs for like a longer period and it is not curing that good.I already had a regular follow up with my doctor for Cardiologist and as usual he has recommended medicines and exercises.But cough and cold is disturbing him a lot and its not going away that easily...!!

Can u check my brother's ecg... had some acidity, anxiety and chest pressure. History- patient of social anxiety, no sugar,lipids. Used to have high blood pressure, but taking losartan and now well controlled. Also attached his stress echo report from 2022

In afternoon I felt palpitations. And pinching pain near heart area kind of burning sensation in a poin sharply. After got head pain in left back side. And having back ache. Is it serious. Now bpm is around 95.
