Numbness and little pain in left hand

I m experiencing numbness and pain sometimes in left hand till my fingers from arms. This was there from last month and little bit of dizziness is there. Can any one confirm where should I check and what could be the reason . I m not having proper sleep because of my working culture and rest

The numbness can be related to two things - excessive pressure on the nerva at particular point or in general muscle weakness ,which also can cause improper sleep Consult a general physician and get basic labs done. Take multivitamins and regular exercise should help .

To rule out diabetes in first place and do an ECG too.
