Does drinking tea and having light breakfast before test affects results? Also, i am having ankle sprain, can this can also affect TMT result to being positive or negative?

ECG taken due to breathless and dizzy. Taking Cilacer 10 twice, Telmikind 40 twice. Current BP 128/92. Any changes in ECG? nearby physician advised ECHO.

This is Farooq Ali KS from Andhra Pradesh of 29 years old, am suffering from chest pain from March 2022, i have done number of ECGs, 27  Echos , and 9 TMTs  everything is normal,and i have done 3 troponin tests which are negative infact my total cholesterol is 193,HDL is 43, LDL is 123, triglycerides is 139,tgl/HDL RATIO IS 3.23,s.vldl cholesterol is 27,this is an 4 months ago test results, my FBS and RBS are normal, Blood pressure is also normal,some time it goes to 135 or 138, after doing all this am still feeling pain in chest my local cardiologists are fed up of with me with my regular visits they are not allowing me to hospital also now so please tell me what's my problem please help me sir, from March 2022 am having chest pain and left hand pain, whenever i get this pain i think that it's an heart attack,whenever I heard the news of popular person or young film actor passed away from cardiac arrest it scares me lot because of this pain and please tell me about my report & problem

My heart used to be low but lately it us high specially while sleeping . It ranges from 95-125 . What could be the reason . My echo in june was normal . I take telma 40 and have have started ciplar 10

3 months ago my ejection fraction was 60 percent...can it decrease in 3 months as I am feeling tired and breathless . .and my ntprobnb was 700...should I go for testing again?
