My blood pressure is 140/80
Sir, sometimes a day I am getting head ache severe...my blood pressure is sometimes 140/80 and other times 120/80...what to do. please suggest me.shall I use tablets

Headache may be due to various reasons. High Bp is one of them . U will need consultation to assess and find the cause . Dehydration also causes headache. Start with drinking 3litres of water daily
