Hello doctor I saw a lot of video on YouTube of doctors suggesting not to eat cooking oil as they r not provided by nature, on other hand few doctor say cooking oil is must for healthy body. I am very confused for my self my parents whether I should cook in oil or no oil cooking method should be used. Plz guide and if one should eat cooking oil than how much in a day does our body need?

A spoonful Cooking oil can be used in to cook vegetables for a family. Donot use to fry food items as heating the oil changes it’s chemical structure to trans form which is dangerous for the heart
