Bp high omeon
Even if my BP is mildly elevated, it makes me feel uneasy and restless. I'm not sure if the symptoms are happening because of high BP or other reason. I do take bp medicine since many months... earlier, the BP used to go quite high even on omron...

Your BP is normal u need not worry mild fluctuations occur daily which is normal

U can check BP at regular timings daily (eg :10am 10pm)
