Hi sir.. For past few days ... I am unable to take yawning free and I got strucked up.due to that getting head ache. Please help... I took lungs test and blood test but all show normal..

I have pain on my left . It is on/ of . When I eat something heavy spicy I feel pain . then I thought it was because of acidity. Duration of pain is for just for 1 sec . And from last one year my triglycerides is more than 200. So does it initial stage of chd.

I have a kind of tightness sudden shock like pain in my left hand side chest area..at times I feel dizziness, head ache, severe tiredness. whenever I walk or run and comes to rest I feel a kind of pain..My ECG, Echocardiogram, Blood report was normal except a borderline high cholestrol 0f 140 and total cholestrol 199. Doctors say I am Normal but I feel some problem...i am confused...Unable to concentrate on anything

My father is having Cholesterol and Diabetes, should he take medicines aur normal exercised and healthy food habits will keep these thing in control. He has already consulted a dr. and he has one month's medicine to him.
