Back neck and chest pain

Asked for Male, 50 Years

My father is suffering with back neck pain which actually spreading now to chest via shoulder. He has the habit of drinking and smoking. Do this effect the pain in the chest? He is diabetic and Blood pressure is above to mean level. I want to know whether it is going to be serious?.

Hello... He should undergo complete examination , back pain don't spread to chest.... His blood sugar and blood pressure should be checked.... Ecg , eco cardiography is required to rule out cardiac problem .. He should quit smoking and drinking .. Which could worsen the existing problem.....consult general physician.
