I did a blood test and my total cholesterol came out to be 195 .is this cholesterol level OK or should I be worried ? Please provide tips to reduce cholesterol level to healthy limits.what diet should I follow and what exercises should I do ? Will healthy diet and excersie help to check cholesterol ?

Hello....Have fruits and vegetables, grains, beans, nuts, and seeds,Using olive oil as the principal fat, replacing other fats and oils, saturated fat is not good for health...Limiting usage of processed foods
you need to take in calories equal to your work.. So that unburned calorie dont get stored as fat,Normal total cholesterol should be below 200.
