Middle chest pain
Hello Doctor, Myself Lata, Age: 28 yrs, Weight:48 Height: 5.1 From past 1 week I am having middle chest pain, tingling in legs, back muscle pains, feels tightnesss while breathing, something feeling insecurity, I feel tiredness when I speak or laugh loudly, I cant able to understand what these symptoms means regarding my heart health? And I also drink water per day some 3 litres. Please suggest me how to get rid of this? What should I do to take care of my heart health? Regards Lata S

Hi...., Most chest pain is not heart-related and isn't a sign of a life-threatening problem. Some common causes of chest pain are gerd, bone or muscular spasms, lung disorders, anxiety. Etc...., Heart related vonditw include angina, myocardial infarction..... chest pain caused by angina tends to be triggered by physical activity or emotional stress, and gets better with rest after a few minutes....Consult Physician for further evaluation....
