Pain in middle bone of chest
Hi i am male 36. Now a days some times i feel pain in middle bone of chest some times while laying down or some times while doing work.u can say this as a pain or i feel uncomfortable.i pains for a sec but when I relax down or walk i feel ok...
I never fell any pain while doing excecise or walking then why this pain come.is it some thing serious.yew my lifestyle is not so good i eat out side and smoking too.
My height is 5.7 and weight is 80 kg with no medical history as such to discuss...plz let me know...is this pain occur due to bad poisture or using too much pillows any test or precautions required... I live completely alone and no one is with me...

It's non cardiac pain. It's musculoskeletal pain.
