I have been some chest pain and left hand pain breathing problem from five days its simptoms to heart attac

I go for blood test and found TOTAL CHOLESTEROL: 320 and LDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT: 225. NON-HDL CHOLESTEROL: 274. ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE (SGOT ): 38, ALANINE TRANSAMINASE (SGPT):55. Could you please help me to explain this and how to address it.

I have been observing mild pain in my left arm for the past 3 days. I am not sure if it is due to fatigue or any other problem of heart. Hence wanted to consult.

When I am lying or sitting I feel heaviness in my chest usually in left side along with mild pain in upper left arm and the left upper back. I have consulted cardiologist and he has done my tmt , ecg , echo. But all reports are normal . I don't know what to do? My mouth also feels dry.

Daily Night sleep my heart very pain & I thought I'm dead ,why paining my heart continue ..................

I have shortness of breath while sleeping and sleep paralysis,DNS,breathing with mouth,warm palm and upper body whole day,irregular heartbeat,feeling fever but not fever,headache and pain behind eye and muscular pain after waking.Lack of concentration,weak memory.All this symptoms are from past few year.I have done Chest Xray and PNS but all came clear.I have been advised by a doctor to take clarithromycin tab and laveta A cap.But no improvement.

I have undergone a by pass heart surgery nd also suffering from piles that leads to blood loss so doctor have prescribed me dobesil cap. and its about three months i am taking this medicine but my haemoglobin level is decreasing day last time iy was 6.8 right now its 9.8 so i just wanted to know if its because of dobesil or natural

My mother (52) is having problems such as Anxiety, Gastro problems, vibrations in feet, heavy heart etc since last 1 year. The problems occur twice a week or so. Mostly at night or laying down. She was diagnosed with mitral valve stenosys (mild) last year. But the chordiologist said this is not serious and the symptoms are not heart related.
