Dear Doctor, At Morning: Metosartan (40/50) Cilacar 5mg At night: Cilacar 10 mg Nurokind G Doctor, can any of these medicines cause the hands and feet to go cold randomly in the afternoon or evening? Also can any of these medicines cause dizziness, while trying to lie down or change positions while lying down or while getting up from bed.

I got tested for lipid profile, result came as total cholesterol 210, triglycerides 450, HDL 30, fasting blood sugar 106, iam 37 year old, weighs 74 kgs, ht. 5.6 i regularly walks for 1 hr daily. I smoke occasionally and drink weekly twice. Am I posing any health threat. Will changing my lifestyle by quitting smoking and limit alcohol does help
