My heart is getting palpitation(fast beat) when gas is hit my heart.Gas in stomach is hit my heart .My heart beat is going to fast.

Congestion in chest area
I am feeling discomfort in chest area..mainly on the left side since a week. There is no prediminant pain however. I wake up in the middle of the night with slight congestion in chest. My left arm is also having mild pain and sometimes my toe on left leg shows tingling sensatiin. What may be the reason? Thanks in advance
