I have pain in my left side of chest since last year. it occurs suddenly. its not too much to bear. but it remain 2-3 minutes i breathe faster. I checked up doctor and i was not satisfied. I did not go again. Now again after a year this pain is disturbing me.

My grandmother had vometing and loose motion but when admitted in blood test troponin was found 0.2 ? Doctor kept her for monetoring a possible heart attack for 10-20 days. Everyone is worried. What is the factual situation ? WHat should I do next ?
