I conduct ECG the report is Heart Rate= 61 bpm MS. P= 96 Qrs =95 Pq=145 Qt=575 Qtc=575. %. Qt/Qtc.= 100 Qt/RR = 58 Axis P = 37° QRS = 6°. T = 45° Sir ECG report is Normal or Not Plz tell me.

Hi Dr Shyam, I am a regular athlete (National Level Table Tennis Player). But I have been under Nexito 10mg for the last 3 years due to anxiety issues. For the past 2 months or so I am feeling an extra beat when my heart rate goes up to 180. I was adviced TMT and 24 hours holter ecg. TMT is normal. But I have vitamin D deficiency. But after seeing the holter report the doctor told that I have Type 2 and Type 1 2nd degree AV block and I need a pacemaker to be implanted. I am just 22. It's scaring the hell out of me. I have had echos and ecgs earlier, it was negative. Even I had 24 hours holter 6 years back. It was negative too.

Diagnosed with 100% RCA blockage in Angiogram at a private hospital in Bangalore. I was having pain in heart while walking for some distance after food. I am not having any pain if walking empty stomach. I don't have much faith on Angiogram CD given by hospital. Is there any other way, than Angiogram, which can confirm if Angiogram CD is correct?
