Heart Problems & Remedies

I have heart pain from last 2 days. I consulted Dr. But there is no specialist nearby me. I have thyroid & I started treatment also. Today I did ecg, BP but everything is normal. But still paining in heart and feeling uncomfortable. Can anyone tell me it's because of thyroid or what?

My son is 3 months old. He is having an ASD of 7 mm. I want to know that what are the chances, that it will get closed automatically. I will be grateful to you if you kindly answer my query. Thank you.

I've underwent this overall blood test from Thyrocare and found my homocysteine level to be 65 as per the attached screenshot. I'm really worried after googling about it and also found my HDL cholesterol to be 30..
