I had a heart attack last year and emergency angioplasty with 1 stent last year. 2 months ago i went to doctor for palpitations Problem. He checked my wrist for pulse rate and given me prolomet xl 25 mg. My b.p was 80 / 124. I wanted to ask that .Can i take propranonol instead of metoprolol . I have essential tremor. Propranolol is effective in it. I want suggestion.
