I feel like im having heart palpations but my girlfriends says my heart is beating normal whats going on?

Ive been having trouble breathing and it makes me want to pass out. It happens a lot everyday and it's been happening for a while. My chest has been hurting a long with it around my heartand I get head aches sometimes. I don't have asthma. I have been loosing weight, I weigh 97 pounds.

My uncle has gone through bypass surgery almost 1 month before, now he is facing some problem, we came to know that his lungs is filled with water. Dr has evcuated 1 Ltr water in one day..and still he has 600 ml water in lungs. 1.Would like to know if this the normal situation? 2.can this be treated by medicine? 3. Is there any complications ?

I had been advised urinary Metamephrine and VMA test for hypertension. Reports for the test are attached. Request you to kindly 8 interprete the results and explain if things are normal or not.

Recently i attend to 2D Echo test and the result is shown as below, Color Flow: MR+ Conclusion: No LV RWMA Mild thickened of Mitral valve with Mild MR Mild Concentric LVH Normal Chambers Good LV/RV Function So, i would like to suggest what is the problem to my herat. Is it a Major problem/Minor Problem.

I ma having burning sensation and pulling heartache for few days. Checked with Gasrtoenterologist and he said it is normal with gastric. But recently i am having very severe burning sensation and whole left side feels burning. ALso having something pinching the heart whenevertheer is burning. Cant walk fastly as will run out of breath.

Morning medications: Metosarthan (40/50) Cilacar (5mg) Night medications: Cilacar (10 mg) Stanlip (145mg) Nurokind G Slip disc patient in bed rest since 1 month,BP medicines started for the first time since 1 month. My father visited one doctor and he recommended for few blood parameters and ECG and TMT. My father's all blood parameters like cholesterol, TG, lipid are in range.
