Heart Problems & Remedies

My wife was recently did medical checkup, and her EACH reports says 'anterior septal ischemia' and 't inversion v1 v2 v3'. She also have very less no. of hemoglobin content. Please guide us what we should do next.

87-year old Grandma, not diabetic, no history of High BP or heart disease, had had a silent heart attack. Complained of breathlessness after a few days, and subsequent tests revealed heart attack and a weakened heart. Pulmonary edema was treated successfully with lasix. Pulse & saturation were stabilized. Should we go on for Angioplasty?

I am seeing multiple symptoms from some time such as intermittent left upper chest discomfort, muscle weakness/numbness, knee pain, lower back pain. What could be the cause.

I had vision problem in my left eye three four times and eye specialist checked and found eyes in order he advised echo and holter which were shown to cardiologist who further advised for MRI and few blood test which were ok. Now cardiologist recommended tablets preva gold,olmark-20and recovit np .

4 Months back tmt test normal and ecg also normal but slight pain in left arm and chest is going on still what may be the reason and i don't drink (some times only wine) and i don't smoke blood test is normal chest X-ray is also normal and NO BP or any other problems

Sir. Age 30 wt 77 5.6ht. Sir after the meal slightly chest pain n headache will come. I think it's a heart problem r gastric problem.giv me suggestion. If heart problem what r the tests needed

For 2 weeks i have had intermittent chest pain and stomach pain. Also getting random tingling in different areas. Some pain also in right shoulder. Feels like a pulled muscle or trapped wind

I have shortness of breath. i went to a cardiologist. i used medicines for 4 months. my ecg and 2d echo were normal. doctor said i had some circulation problem and said i had thick blood. now after 4 months also i am still having shortness of breath, not as severe before 4 months.

Age 71 Female c/o T2 DM since 2006 , First diagnosed in 2011.... CVA in 2011... Two episodes of convulsions then... Touchwood nothing happened and she leads a normal life. Recently got ECG done. No chest pain or other complaints... On Rx Clopilet since 2011...  Insulin since last 2yrs ... Fluctuating sugar level. Echo report attached. Considering her age is CAG really necessary? My father is undergoing from open heart surgery before 8 years back.. And then his health is good... But now when we done 2d echo.. Report suggest that, LA/RA/RV Dilated, LV normal size, no hypertrophy, No LV RWMA, good LV/RV SYSTOLIC function (LVEF-55%),E/O prosthetic at Mitra position decreased movment of prosthetic valve leaflate sec to? pannaus formation. nnormaly, aortic valve thickened, other cardiac valve are normal, no vegetation/ no effusion. E/o clot in LA. DOPPLER AND COLOR DOPPLER P/M ACROSS prosthetic Mitral Valve 24/14 mm of he, MVA by PHT 0.74 cm2 Grade 2 AR, NO AS, NO e/o prosthetic valvular and paravalvular regurgitation Grade 1 TR, PASP by TR jet 55 mm of hg CONCLUSION Prosthetic valve in Mitral position E/o Prosthetic valve dysfunction sec to Pannus formation ,mild aortic regurgitation, moderate pulmonary hypertension, No LV RWMA, GOOD LV/RV systolic function . So doctor told us to do again open heart surgery.. SO MY QUESTION IS THERE ANY OTHER TREATMENT.
