I have a chest pain when I walk up hill and a bit faster. Pain goes off if take rest. Please advise

I am getting mild pain on right side of heart rarely. I took ECG which i am attaching below. My consulted Cardiologist said everything is fine. Just because of Gas and prescribed tablets for 10 days. I don't smoke and drink. How can i control this problem.

I'm 17 years old and for the past few week I have had chest pain inbetween my breasts and have read it being symptoms of a heat attack but I am to young for that. I have no trace of heart disease in my family.

Daily take metosartan 25mg one time 110/70 is there few days after checking 140/95 is what is problem

From few days I'm having pain in my heart, feeling like squeezing my heart for a second. Is it something that I need to be worried?

I am 22 years old man. checked my blood pressure(muliple times). It was 160/100 the last one. Before that it was 140 upper limit, the lower limit i don't remember. Doctor has given me stamlo 5(amplodipine tablets -5mg). Please suggest if anything more i should do to improve my health. P. S: I didn't see any specialist doctor. Just a local one.

Had a blood clot in my right leg last fall that travelled to both lungs. Was on blood thinner for 4 months. My right leg is hurting again somewhat like it did before but have no other symptoms. Should I start taking my blood thinners again?

Have pulpitation and sometimes shorten breathing so done ECG. General Physician said ECG report is abnormal and asked to consult with cardiologist. For some reason I could not able to visit cardiologist. Report is 15 days ago. Can cardiologist consider that report or need to do ECG again.
