Heart Problems & Remedies

I always want to take a sleep, i always feel dizzy. i am always irittated in many ways. and my stomach always in pain.

Whenever I'll eat full of my stomach and get some gas from mouth, it includes a little pain just like a stroke. However it's not regular but sometimes. Is there any thing serious issue ? Is it a heart stroke? Does cardio will help me ? However I'm currently underweight so I don't do exercise

I have chest discomfort from 3 days. 3days before I have done 1.5 km running. After this activity i got this problem. Today also i have done workout. Symptoms are normal. Yester i have consult a a physician and My ECG report is normal. I am worried about this. Please help me.

Male 46 Under hypertension medication since 10 years. Medication since last one month is Losartan 50mg at morning and Cilacar 10mg at night. Since last 3-4 months, BP in the range of 150/100, 140/100, 130/100. Palpitations occur ocassionally. Also headache in morning. Height 172 cms, weight 82 kgs TSH-6.43 RFT & Renal dopler are normal.
