I cannot sleep on my left side because I hear and feel my heart beat and its disturbing. Some times palpitation occurs i have done ecg and thyroid working fine.every time i felt stress on upper area of heart. i cannot sleep at night due to this problem .please give me suitable suggestion which test should i go for.

I have very anxiety and have pain in my left hand when it occurs the stomach is just like tight and my hand was sweating

10 days back I got chest pain and consulted a doctor . Took ECG and echo resulted in RBBB. But now again took another ECG and echo in another hospital. Result is showing no problem as suggested by doctor. Pls. Help me in this. Which result we should consider?
