Feeling like can do more but breathless increased can walk long but rapid activities lagging behind

My ldl is 108 and hdl is 27 and total chalestrol is 127. i have also gone through surgery in 2013. My gallbladder is removed. please confirm at how much risk i am in gettibg a heart dieses and also what should be done to get it 100%ok.. my weight is 103 and height 176cm.
