Ggt sgot and cholesterol high
My liver base GGT as 98.9, Sgot as 66.53, Sgpt as 71.19. Total cholesterol is 214, Hdl cholesterol direct 33 Ldl cholesterol direct 142 Triglycerides 204. Kindly let me know what is it means and what to do.

your test results suggest that you have a high amount of bad cholesterol that is LDL in your body as well as your liver is under some kind of stress which may be related to drinking or smoking or high amount of junk food consumption. So my advice to you would be to stop taking oily and junk food and start doing regular cardio exercises at least 45 minutes a day for 5 days a week and repeat your blood test again after 3 months to check your progress and you should be fine
