I have been facing through tightening of left side of chest last night and two months ago also I have had 3 to 4 such episodes.it happens on for 4to 5 seconds and it happened two times repeatedly last night

My bp is in between 130/80 to 150/90 ,it's high in the morning and comperatively low in the eve. I have been taking telma h 40 at 9am (before morning meal at 10am) and telma 20 at 9pm before dinner at 10pm for last one year.Previously I took only telma 40 for last one yr more.My age is now 56 . Can I take telma 20 after dinner, say at 10.30pm ??

I have RVOT-PVC/VT, and VSD. I am currently in flecanide acetate 100mg twice a day as a result of being admitted into hospital for 8 days with bigeminy palpitations and irregular beats.
