Post exercise BP dropped
Client age of 54 has a bp of 164/102 which is too high. We couldn't do any physical assessment because I told him to go to the doctor first before training. He decided to do a little aerobic activity after I left. After doing aerobic activity his bp dropped to 137/79. Is this a normal response of the heart?
