What could be the reason for chest pain near heart ,I am taking homeopath medicine for acidity it's minimal pain which can easily gets ignored when you are busy

I was having Losartan 25 mg for last 3 weeks but recently started having side effects like headache,dizziness,nausea,chest pain and chest tightness,Palpitations,back pain.My BP is 127/89.I have stopped medicines 4 days back but i am still having little pain between the chests and tightness.how long it takes to get rid of side effects?

My triglycerides is 388 hdl 36 ldl 127 tot che 221 my triglycerides level is too high what should i do ?? plz advise me can i take fish oil capsules i dont have any bad habits like smoking or drinking so plz advice me some medicine n diet ??
