My mom is a heart patient with SOB frequ
My mom is diabetic patient from last 15 years. She is on insulin from last 5 years. And her heart is weak. She usually having SOB problem. Currently we are using card, lar h, grutora, Fe 21 and PNP. Nowadays water formation in legs and shortness of breath problem got increased. Please suggest any medicine or treatment for this problem.

The symptoms are like a biventricular failure.
1) Keep her in propped up position 30-40 degree
2) Reduce her fluid intake to 1 litre per day
3) you can add a diuretic by consulting your cardiologist
Some more reports and echo/ ECG and Chest X ray would be great
