My right side chest pain I feel so bad no sleep no eat I was so nervous and I have feel so bad plz tell me

After bypass heart rate was 61 but gradually it came down to 40.. Now it is stable to 40. No other symptom

Patient have heart problem and his pumping is about 30 he frequently have pain in chest especially at morning what to do he have to take emergency medicine

Hello Doc. I am the resident of Hyderabad. I am not having any medical reports regarding chest pain & I didn't even consult any doc till now. I will be getting the pain in a regular intervals. Sometimes there will be unbearable pain. I am not getting where it leads to. Is there any precautions to be taken for this in order to reduce the pain?
