I have been suffering chest and arm pain suddenly since three month.The pain stay 15 to 30 minute. its autometicly gone. Doctor gives Atorovastin 10 mg to reduce cholesterol.My total cholesterol 6.17 mnol/L, HDL 1.00 mnol/L, LDL 4.17 mnol/L, BP 120/85 mmH. you advice can I take medicine or try to reduce cholesterol by physical exercise.

At first I felt a little pain in my chest and then the pain spread to the entire left chest portion. After that I had an anxiety attack may be because I had to leave the class. Then it goes away. After two days same thing happened again. I felt a very little numbness in my left hands pinky and ring finger. This numbness turned into a little pain after two days. And this pain got worse when I was taking a nap around 3'o clock in the afternoon. M I over thinking or all these could lead to something life taking.

My father underwent angioplasty in the month of June. After the angioplasty there were bloodclots in his Hand and thighs. After consulting doctor he said it maybe due to high dosage medicines so reduced the mg. But nowadays blood is coming from his mouth very often. So please can you help me what would be the problem

My BP is fluctuating between 150/100 & 145/95. I'm taking Cilacar 10mg 1-0-1 since past 1 month & now doctor has added Telma 20mg 0-1-0. Beta blockers do not suit me. Pl advise.
